Returns & Refunds policy

You can receive a full refund, less shipping costs, for the first 7 days after receiving your vSeebox.

The vSeebox must be in the same condition as you received it; unworn and unused with the original packaging, tags, stickers, and copy of the original invoice.

Start a return by emailing, returns@v-seebox.com

Once received we will send you a return label and instructions for returning the product.

We will notify you once we have inspected your return, we will contact you to inform you if it was accepted. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
